Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team and customers for day-to-day sales activities.
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments and deliveries.
  • Maintain sales records, customer data and daily reports.
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely updates regarding orders.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Perform other sales coordination and administrative activities as required.
