Key Responsibilities✔ Visit industrial areas, business hubs, and commercial establishments to generate leads

✔ Open Sourcing Salary Account and Savings Accounts (SA)

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in the Banking Sector

✔ ફેક્ટરી વિસ્તાર, ઇન્ડસ્ટ્રીયલ ઝોન, બિઝનેસ હબ અને કોમર્શિયલ એસ્ટેબ્લિશમેન્ટ્સની મુલાકાત લઈને નવા ગ્રાહકો શોધવા

✔ બેન્કિંગ પ્રોડક્ટ્સ અને સેવાઓ માટે નવા ગ્રાહકો મેળવવા

✔ સેલરી એકાઉન્ટ અને સેવિંગ્સ એકાઉન્ટ (SA) ઓપનિંગ માટે સોર્સિંગ કરવું

✔ ગ્રાહકો સાથે સારા અને લાંબા ગાળાના સંબંધો જાળવવા

✔ માસિક એકાઉન્ટ ઓપનિંગ ટાર્ગેટ્સ પૂર્ણ કરવા

✔ ફીલ્ડ સેલ્સ પ્રવૃત્તિઓ દ્વારા બિઝનેસ ગ્રોથ વધારવામાં યોગદાન આપવું

✔ બેન્કિંગ પ્રોડક્ટ્સનું પ્રમોશન કરીને ગ્રાહકોની સંખ્યા વધારવી

લાયકાત (Eligibility Criteria)

✅ બેન્કિંગ ક્ષેત્રમાં ઓછામાં ઓછો 2 વર્ષનો અનુભવ જરૂરી

✅ સેલરી એકાઉન્ટ અને સેવિંગ્સ એકાઉન્ટ ઓપનિંગ/સોર્સિંગનો અનુભવ ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોને પ્રાથમિકતા

✅ સારી કોમ્યુનિકેશન અને સેલ્સ સ્કિલ્સ

✅ સ્વ-પ્રેરિત (Self-Motivated) અને ટાર્ગેટ આધારિત કાર્ય કરવાની ક્ષમતા
