Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support & InfrastructureProvide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and internet-related issues
- Maintain system backups, antivirus updates, and basic cybersecurity practices
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for hardware repairs and AMC services
- Manage user access, system permissions, and data security policies
- ERP Coordination & OperationsAct as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues and user support
- Coordinate with ERP vendors/consultants for implementation, upgrades, and bug fixes
- Assist in ERP module usage such as Accounts, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Production, and HR
- Ensure accurate data entry and process compliance across departments
- Support users with ERP training, documentation, and SOPs
- Monitor ERP reports, dashboards, and data accuracy
- Assist management in extracting MIS reports from ERP
- Process Improvement & DocumentationIdentify process gaps and suggest ERP-based automation improvements
- Maintain IT and ERP documentation, user manuals, and SOPs
- Support new system rollouts, integrations, and digital initiatives
