Visa Counsellor

We are looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and client-focused Visa Counsellor to join our Immigration & Overseas Education team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients regarding suitable study, work, and immigration opportunities, assessing their profiles, and guiding them through the visa application process.

• Key Responsibilities
• Counsel students and clients regarding study abroad, work permits, PR, and immigration pathways.
• Assess client profiles, including education, work experience, finances, language scores, and eligibility.
• Recommend suitable countries, programs, and visa pathways based on client profiles.
• Explain visa requirements, application procedures, documentation, timelines, and applicable fees.
• Review and verify client documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients and internal processing teams throughout the application process.
• Maintain accurate client records and regularly update CRM/software.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application requirements.
• Stay updated with visa policies, immigration regulations, and country-specific requirements.
• Handle client queries professionally and build strong client relationships.
• Meet assigned counselling, application, and conversion targets.

• Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of visa/immigration processes.
• Good counselling, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.
