Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our Marketing & Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting products or services, generating leads, fixing appointments, and supporting the sales process through effective communication.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.
