Telecaller – Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries regarding immigration services.
• Explain the company's immigration programs, visa options, and consultancy services.
• Generate and qualify leads by understanding clients' requirements and eligibility.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for counselors or immigration experts.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client information, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into registrations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional communication.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Handle client queries and provide accurate information in a courteous and timely manner.
• Coordinate with the counseling and documentation teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Keep up to date with the company's services, immigration policies, and promotional offers.
• Prepare daily call reports and submit performance updates to the reporting manager.
• Ensure confidentiality of client information and adhere to company policies.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach.
