Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver classroom and online training for all IELTS modules:
- Listening
- Reading
- Writing
- Speaking
- Prepare students for Academic and General IELTS examinations.
- Conduct regular mock tests and practice sessions.
- Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop lesson plans and training schedules.
- Identify students' strengths and weaknesses and create personalized improvement plans.
- Monitor attendance and maintain student performance records.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring.
- Help students improve grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and writing skills.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS examination patterns and assessment criteria.
- Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team regarding student progress.
