Job Summary

Responsible for handling daily factory work, supervising workers, managing production, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory operations 

• Manage production work and targets 

• Check machine performance and maintenance 

• Maintain product quality standards 

• Handle workers and shift duties 

• Monitor raw material and finished stock 

• Follow safety and company rules 

• Reduce production delays and wastage 

• Prepare daily production reports 

• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams 

• Train workers on factory procedures 

• Solve production floor issues

Qualification
