Job Description
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
Customer Consultation: Understand client needs, recommend tailored products/services, and deliver compelling presentations.
Deal Negotiation: Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and overcome objections to successfully close sales.
Relationship Management: Maintain post-sale communication to ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints, and identify upselling opportunities.
Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly individual and team sales quotas.
