Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and energetic Construction Site Supervisor based in Delhi-NCR. You will initially be posted at our active site in Jalandhar (till site handover) to ensure smooth and on-time project completion. After successful handover, you will be moved back to manage our projects at our base in Delhi NCR. Both diploma holders and individuals with strong practical field/labour management experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on site civil and construction activities.
Manage local labour, masons and subcontractors efficiently on-site.
Daily reporting (photos/videos).
Ensure material checking, inventory management and minimising wastage.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years as a Construction/Site Supervisor.
- Qualifications: Open to Civil Engineering Diploma holders OR street-smart professionals with strong practical labour management experience.
- Language: Must speak Hindi fluently; basic understanding or conversational ability in Punjabi is a big plus.
