A CASA Sales Officer is a front-line banking role focused on acquiring new Current and Savings Accounts (CASA). They spend significant time in the field building client relationships, ensuring KYC compliance, and cross-selling third-party financial products like insurance, mutual funds, and credit cards. Key Responsibilities

• Account Acquisition: Identify and acquire new CASA clients (both individuals and corporate salary accounts) within the assigned branch catchment area through field visits and local promotional activities. [1, 2]
• Cross-Selling: Actively pitch additional banking and third-party products (e.g., FDs, SIPs, insurance, loans) to existing and new customers. [1, 2]
• Customer Onboarding: Assist clients with the entire account opening process, including KYC document verification and initial account funding. [1, 2]
• Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with customers to resolve queries, drive account usage (e.g., net banking activation, debit card usage), and generate referrals. [1, 2]
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to internal and external regulatory guidelines, KYC norms, and mandatory learning certifications (e.g., AMFI, EUIN).
