Air Ticketing Executive

We are hiring an Air Ticketing Executive for handling domestic and international flight bookings. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

Shift: Day & Night shift available.

Responsibilities:

* Handle domestic & international air ticket bookings

* Assist customers with flight schedules, fares, and travel information

* Manage ticket cancellation, rescheduling, and reservation changes

* Coordinate with airlines and customers for smooth travel services

* Maintain booking records and customer details

* Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and messages

* Ensure accurate ticketing and documentation process

Requirements

* Good communication and customer handling skill.

* GDS knowledge (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) will be an added advantage

* Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply.
