Job Description: Fitter & Welder

​We are looking for a skilled and motivated Fitter and Welder to join our production/manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, fitting, and welding metal components according to technical blueprints and layouts.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.

​Cut, shape, and fit metal parts accurately before welding.

​Perform high-quality welding (MIG, TIG, or Arc, depending on your workshop's specific type) on various metal structures.

​Align components using calipers, rulers, and clamp tools.

​Inspect welded joints for defects and ensure they meet safety and quality standards.

​Maintain welding equipment and follow strict workshop safety guidelines.

​Requirements:

​Education: ITI certification in Welding or Fitting.

​Experience: 6 months to 2 years of practical experience in fitting and welding.

​Skills: Strong understanding of welding techniques, blueprint reading, and tool safety.

​Salary & Benefits:

​Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience and skill test).

​Job Type: Full-time.
