Warehouse Manager

Job Description:

•  Managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
•  Supervising warehouse staff, supervisors, operators, and helpers.
•  Planning and allocating manpower to meet production and delivery schedules.
•  Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records.
•  Monitoring stock levels and conducting regular stock audits.
•  Ensuring timely loading and unloading of materials.
•  Coordinating with production, procurement, logistics, and sales departments.
•  Implementing warehouse safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
•  Monitoring the performance of warehouse equipment and arranging maintenance when required.
•  Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
•  Investigating inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
•  Controlling warehouse costs and improving operational efficiency.
•  Training employees on warehouse procedures, safety, and company policies.
•  Ensuring compliance with company rules, legal requirements, and health and safety regulations. Leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse productivity and accuracy.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
