• Conduct field sales activities, market visits, and lead generation to expand business opportunities.
• Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
• Drive business through advisors and support them in customer acquisition.
• Manage, guide, and develop a high-performing team.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Ensure productivity and performance of the advisor team.

✔ Experience in Sales, Field Sales, BFSI, Insurance, or Team Handling.
