TSR LEGAL EXECUTIVE

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and finalize Title Search Reports (TSR) and Property Due Diligence Reports.
• Conduct detailed scrutiny and verification of property title documents and ownership records.
• Draft and vet sale deeds, lease deeds, gift deeds, relinquishment deeds, agreements to sell, conveyance deeds, affidavits, undertakings, indemnity bonds, and other property-related legal documents.
• Prepare property registry drafts with excellent accuracy, formatting, and typing speed.
• Examine the complete chain of title and identify discrepancies, ownership gaps, encumbrances, and potential legal risks.
• Verify property records, including Jamabandi, Khasra, mutation entries, Patta, land records, and registration documents, as applicable.
• Prepare legal opinions and reports for property-related matters, subject to appropriate review and approval.
• Ensure all drafts and reports are completed within prescribed timelines without compromising accuracy.
• Coordinate with advocates, clients, banks, financial institutions, and relevant government or registration offices whenever required.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and confidentiality of legal files.
• Mandatory Skills & RequirementsLL.B. qualification with strong practical knowledge of Property Law.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Title Search, property documentation, or legal drafting.
• Excellent command of property-related legal drafting and registry documentation.
• High drafting and typing speed with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare complex property drafts independently with minimal corrections.
• Strong knowledge of property transactions, title verification, conveyancing, and legal documentation.
• Good command of MS Word, document formatting, and legal report preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of Rajasthan property laws and land records will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate ProfileWe are specifically looking for candidates who have substantial practical experience in property law and can independently handle drafting assignments from start to finish. Candidates with experience in law firms, banking legal services, real estate legal departments, or title verification agencies will be preferred.

Note: Candidates must be proficient in practical legal drafting, not just theoretical legal knowledge. A drafting and typing assessment may be conducted during the selection process
