Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients, generating leads, scheduling meetings, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with sales and support teams for client requirements.

Required Skills:

✔ Excellent verbal communication skills

✔ Good interpersonal and convincing abilities

✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)

✔ Positive attitude and customer-focused approach

✔ Ability to handle client conversations professionally

✔ Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Fresher or candidates with 1+ years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.
• Experience in Healthcare, IT Services, Software, or B2B calling will be an added advantage.
• Graduate in any stream preferred.
