Telesales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive + Social Media Handling (Jewelry Company)

About Us:

Sameer Art & Craft is a growing gemstone and jewelry business serving local Indian clients. We focus on quality products, honest dealings, and building long-term customer relationships. We are looking for a sincere, proactive, and well-spoken individual who can communicate with customers, support sales, and handle basic social media work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email

* Understand customer requirements and assist in closing sales

* Build and maintain good relationships with clients

* Upload product listings on social media and other platforms

* Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

* Maintain basic customer records and follow-ups

* Support day-to-day sales activities

Main focus of the role: Communicate confidently with customers and help convert inquiries into orders.

Requirements:

* Good English communication skills (spoken & written)

* Comfortable speaking with customers

* Basic knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Responsible, organized, and dependable

Preferred but not mandatory:

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or jewelry. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
