About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our services, generate leads, and assist customers throughout their journey. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build trust over phone conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Update CRM and reporting systems regularly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Previous telecalling, sales, customer support, or call center experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
