Business Development Executive (BDE) – Telecalling
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate leads through outbound calling, communicate effectively with potential clients, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to potential clients.
- Generate leads for Digital Marketing, Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other IT services.
- Understand client requirements and explain our services professionally.
- Schedule appointments/meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Update lead details and call status in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & lead generation targets.
- RequirementsGraduate in any stream.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & Basic English).
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Experience in Digital Marketing or IT Sales will be an added advantage.
- Preferred SkillsStrong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections confidently.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Good follow-up skills.
