Job Title: Telecaller Sales Executive

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
• Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries politely and build long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM or sales software.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers are welcome; candidates with telecalling or sales experience will be preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
