Telesales Executive

Job Type: Full-time  

Experience: 1-3 years preferred in Real Estate telesales; freshers with excellent communication can apply  

Job Description  

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our residential/commercial projects, generating leads, and converting inquiries into site visits.  

Key Responsibilities  

- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from provided leads  

- Explain project details, pricing, location advantages & payment plans clearly  

- Handle customer queries and follow up consistently to close sales  

- Maintain daily call records and update CRM with lead status  

- Coordinate with sales team for site visits and documentation  

Requirements  

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English  

- Pleasant, persuasive phone manner and customer-focused approach  

- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM/Excel  

- Self-motivated with strong target orientation  

- Preferred: Prior experience in real estate, insurance, or banking telesales
