Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Work From Home)

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience and excellent communication skills to engage potential customers, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain company products/services and convert leads into sales.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Follow up with interested prospects and existing clients.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Acquisition.

Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.

Goal-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

Good time management and multitasking skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of sales experience.

Laptop/Desktop is mandatory.

Stable Wi-Fi/Internet connection is mandatory.

Comfortable working from home and meeting performance targets.
