Job Description
SGP Group is looking for enthusiastic, confident and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining our Ayurvedic and herbal healthcare products, following up with interested customers, and converting leads into successful sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
- Contact leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and website inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products according to company guidelines.
- Explain product features, pricing, benefits and usage information accurately.
- Convert interested leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
- Update customer details, call remarks and sales status in CRM software.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for order confirmation and delivery updates.
- Candidate RequirementsQualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in telesales, healthcare or Ayurvedic product sales will be an advantage.
