Job Summary

Guitaa Technology Private Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell IT software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven sales background, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Candidates with ERP sales experience will be given preference.

Note: This is a target-based sales role. Compensation will be performance-driven and linked to the achievement of assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT software solutions.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a target-based and performance-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in IT software sales.
• Experience selling ERP systems will be highly preferred.
• Candidates from an IT background are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with SaaS, CRM, ERP, or enterprise software solutions is a plus.
