Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain products and services clearly to generate interest.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert inquiries into opportunities.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- RequirementsGraduate or undergraduate with good communication skills.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (freshers can apply).
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is preferred.
