🧾 Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and track vehicles on a real-time basis using GPS or driver coordination

* Regularly follow up with drivers to get accurate location updates

* Provide timely shipment status updates to clients (loading, in transit, unloading)

* Report delays, issues, or exceptions immediately to the concerned team

* Maintain daily tracking reports in Excel or company software

* Coordinate effectively between drivers, clients, and internal team

* Ensure timely collection of POD (Proof of Delivery)

* Handle night tracking duties if required

🎯 Required Skills

* Basic understanding of logistics and transport operations

* Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling)

* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

* Responsible, disciplined, and proactive approach
