Job DescriptionArihant Dream Infra Projects Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Real Estate Tele Caller to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads and databases.
• Generate quality leads and schedule site visits for the Sales Team.
• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers until closure.
• Update customer interactions accurately in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely customer visits and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Maintain professional communication and excellent customer service.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Tele Calling or Tele Sales.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage).
• Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and computer operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
