Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects to generate new business or sales leads.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Update and maintain customer records and interaction details in CRM software.
- Follow standard calling scripts while maintaining a polite and persuasive tone
- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and conversion targets.
Required Skills
- Clear verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency in local languages and English depending on the target market.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or database tools.
- Patience, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection constructively
