Telecalling Executive

• Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for solar products and services.
• Explain the benefits of solar systems, rooftop solar, and solar subsidies to customers.
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain customer data and update records in Excel/CRM.
• Answer customer queries and provide product information professionally.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

Positive attitude and good convincing skills.
