Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain healthy customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and the ability to persuade customers professionally.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
• Explain company products/services clearly
• Generate leads and fix appointments/sales meetings
• Maintain customer database and call records
• Follow up with interested customers
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
• Resolve customer queries and complaints politely
• Coordinate with sales and support teams
• Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Fluency in English/Hindi/regional language (as required)
