Job Description:

VS Enterprises is looking for a confident and dedicated Collection Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer conversations professionally while ensuring timely payment collections.

• Key Responsibilities:Contact customers regarding pending payments through phone calls.
• Follow up regularly to ensure timely collections.
• Maintain a professional and polite conversation with customers.
• Resolve customer queries related to outstanding payments.
• Update collection records and call details accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams for payment-related issues.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Good negotiation and follow-up abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply (experienced candidates preferred).
