Sales Executive (Telecaller) 

Job Title:Sales Executive (Telecaller) 

Department: Sales & Business Development 

Employment Type Full-Time 

Experience 0–3 Years (Freshers Welcome) 

Reporting To Sales Manager 

 


ABOUT THE ROLE 


We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive with a strong flair for communication to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company — reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our products in a compelling and persuasive manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 


Lead Generation 

  • Identify and research potential customers through online platforms, databases, referrals, and social media. 


  • Generate qualified leads by targeting the right customer segments for our products. 


  • Maintain and regularly update a database of prospective clients and new leads. 


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns for lead generation. 


Telecalling 

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products. 


  • Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into sales opportunities. 


  • Clearly communicate product features, pricing, and benefits in a persuasive and engaging manner. 


  • Handle customer objections confidently and provide appropriate solutions. 


  • Achieve and exceed daily call targets and monthly sales quotas. 


Follow-Up 

  • Systematically follow up with all leads via calls, messages, or emails to nurture them through the sales funnel. 


  • Track the status of every lead and ensure timely follow-up actions are taken. 


  • Re-engage cold leads and dormant prospects to revive sales opportunities. 


  • Maintain accurate records of all follow-up activities in CRM tools. 
  • Provide after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals. 


REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 


  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language is a plus). 


  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and convincing ability. 


  • Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs quickly. 


  • Confident, positive attitude with high energy and self-motivation. 


  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay focused on targets. 


  • Basic computer skills — MS Office, email, and familiarity with CRM tools. 


  • Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred) or equivalent postgraduate degree. 


  • Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
