Telecaller – Recruiter


Job Description:

  • Make calls to candidates and explain available job opportunities.
  • Recruit Security Guards, Supervisors, Lady Guards, Bouncers, etc.
  • Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Follow up with candidates until joining.
  • Maintain daily calling and recruitment records.
  • Achieve assigned recruitment targets.
  • Explain salary, duty location, PF & ESI benefits, and other employment terms to candidates.
  • Coordinate with HR for joining and documentation.

Required: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a confident personality.
