Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and customer interactions.
Maintain the required daily talk time and lead-generation targets.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
Coordinate with the sales/management team for qualified leads and further conversions.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
Follow company policies, attendance requirements, and reporting procedures.
