Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller – Collection Executive to handle customer payment follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers with overdue EMI payments, reminding them of pending dues, and ensuring timely collections. The role requires maintaining collection records and achieving assigned recovery targets while following company policies and professional communication standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Call customers for overdue EMI and payment reminders.

Follow up on pending payments and collections.

Resolve basic customer queries related to dues and payments.

Maintain accurate collection records and reports.

Achieve monthly collection targets.

Requirements:

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in Banking/NBFC collections preferred.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
