Job Description
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Make outbound calls to potential customers.
* Explain the company's products and services.
* Generate and qualify leads.
* Schedule appointments for the sales team.
* Follow up with interested customers.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Handle customer queries professionally.
* Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
* Update customer information in the CRM or database.
*Requirements:*
* Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
* Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
* Good convincing and negotiation skills.
* Positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior.
