About the RoleXpose Tattoos is looking for a confident, customer-friendly Inbound Telecaller to handle incoming client inquiries and convert potential customers into confirmed tattoo and piercing appointments.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable talking to customers over calls and WhatsApp, and have the ability to understand client requirements and guide them toward booking a consultation or appointment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally.
• Respond to inquiries related to tattoos, consultations, pricing, appointments, and other services.
• Convert incoming leads into confirmed consultations and appointments.
• Follow up with interested clients through calls and WhatsApp.
• Handle and respond to WhatsApp leads and customer messages.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate basic information about services.
• Coordinate appointments with tattoo artists and the studio team.
• Maintain proper records of inquiries, leads, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings.
• Ensure timely follow-up with potential customers who have not yet confirmed their appointment.
• Provide a friendly and professional customer experience at every stage of communication.
• Work toward improving lead conversion and appointment bookings.
• RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication will be an advantage.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with different types of customers.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic computer/mobile applications.
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
• Customer service or telecalling experience is preferred but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Interest in tattoos, fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries will be an advantage.
