Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.

* Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

* Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up activities.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

* Schedule appointments, meetings, or callbacks for the sales team.

* Update customer information, lead status, and call records in **MS Excel**.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

* Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.

Qualifications

* Minimum Graduate

* Good command of Hindi and basic English.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience: in Tele-calling, Tele-sales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.

Experience in achieving calling or sales targets will be an added advantage.
