We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Executive with prior exposure to Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS Messaging, or CPaaS platforms.

 *Key Responsibilities* 

* Deliver technical support for Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, and RCS messaging services.

* Assist clients with API integrations, webhooks, chatbot configurations, and issue resolution.

* Configure sender IDs, DLT templates, WhatsApp templates, and messaging campaigns.

* Diagnose and resolve issues related to message delivery, APIs, and platform functionality.

* Collaborate with internal development teams and external vendors to address technical challenges.

* Manage customer interactions via phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote support tools.

* Maintain accurate support records and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.

 *Required Qualifications* 

* 1–3 years of relevant experience in Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, or CPaaS environments.

* Practical experience with SMS gateways, WhatsApp APIs, and RESTful APIs.

* Proficiency in JSON, Postman, webhooks, and API testing methodologies.

* Familiarity with DLT registration processes, sender IDs, and messaging templates.

* Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

* Effective communication skills in both English and Hindi.

 *Preferred Qualifications* 

Candidates with experience in organizations offering Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS Messaging, Voice Solutions, or Omnichannel communication platforms will be preferred.
