Job SummaryWe are looking for a technically sound and detail-oriented HVAC Technical Support Engineer to support the Sales Team in handling technical requirements, product selection, BOQ preparation, quotations, technical documentation, and client queries.

The candidate will work closely with the Sales, Design & Estimation, Project, and Purchase teams to provide accurate technical solutions and help the sales team convert enquiries into successful orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Sales Team for HVAC products and project requirements.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable HVAC solutions and equipment.
• Support the sales team in preparing technical quotations, BOQs, estimates, and proposals.
• Review customer specifications, BOQs, drawings, and technical requirements.
• Assist in equipment selection based on capacity, application, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare and verify technical datasheets, compliance statements, technical offers, and product details.
• Coordinate with the Design & Estimation Team for drawings, calculations, BOQs, and costing requirements.
• Provide technical clarification to clients, consultants, contractors, and the Sales Team.
• Attend technical discussions and client meetings along with the Sales Team whenever required.
• Support Sales Executives/Engineers in understanding HVAC products and explaining technical features to customers.
• Compare customer specifications with company product specifications and identify technical gaps.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Project, and other departments for technical information and product feasibility.
• Maintain updated technical information, product specifications, catalogues, datasheets, and standard technical documents.
• Assist in preparing technical presentations and product proposals for customers.
• Support the Sales Team during negotiations by providing technical and product-related inputs.
• Follow up on technical queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records of technical enquiries, proposals, revisions, and customer requirements.

Eligibility

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–4 years of experience in HVAC Technical Support, Design & Estimation, Sales Support, or a related HVAC role.
• Candidates with strong HVAC knowledge and good communication skills will be preferred.
