Job Description:
- Supervise daily factory operations and workforce management.
- Handle counting and monitoring of production units, inward, and outward material movement.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Coordinate dispatch, loading, unloading, and warehouse activities.
- Monitor machine operations, safety, and shop floor discipline.
- Prepare daily reports in Excel/Google Sheets with the support of inventory department.
- Identify operational issues and ensure smooth factory functioning.
- Experience in Iron& & Steel industry preferred.
