Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the play area.
- Manage and guide the team members during shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle parent/guest queries professionally.
- Monitor children’s safety, hygiene, and overall experience.
- Maintain attendance, shift schedules, and staff discipline.
- Coordinate with the Centre Manager for daily operational requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety standards, and company SOPs are followed.
- Assist with birthday parties, events, and other centre activities.
- Maintain basic operational reports and records.

- Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.
- Customer-service oriented and presentable.
- Responsible, energetic, and child-friendly personality.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
