Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewelry.
• Handle billing and checkout efficiently.
• Ensure products are displayed neatly and remain organized.
• Monitor and manage store inventory.
• Keep the store clean, presentable, and well-maintained.
• Supervise customers within the store and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Answer customer queries regarding products, pricing, and offers.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment when required.
• Open and close the store as per business timings.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
• Basic computer knowledge and billing/POS handling.
• Honest, responsible, and organized.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Passion for fashion or jewelry is a plus.
