Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage day-to-day store and inventory operations at our Jaipur location. The candidate should have good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, data entry, and store operations. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory movement, and ensuring smooth warehouse/store functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain complete control of store inventory and stock records.

Handle inward and outward material entries.

Perform accurate data entry and update inventory records.

Manage stock receipt, storage, and dispatch activities.

Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.

Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of materials.

Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and operations teams.

Maintain store registers and documentation accurately.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of the store.

Required Skills

Knowledge of Inventory Management and Stock Control.

Experience in Data Entry and Record Maintenance.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP preferred).

Ability to manage stock reconciliation and audits.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Store, Warehouse, or Inventory Management.
