Jr. executive hr - exposor on Payroll

Managing employee records and maintaining personal files with required

documents.

 Managing EPFO and ESIC compliance, new join employee UAN/ESIC generation,

KYC updates, and claims processing.

 Coordinate with the accounts department for monthly payroll processing.

 Handling employee grievances, particularly around wages, leave, and attendance.

 Maintain daily attendance via biometric systems.

 Leading Safety training including fire safety, 5S implementation.

 Monitoring and submitting monthly canteen budgets.

 Attaching logbooks to vehicle service and repair invoices and obtaining approval from

the Head office and submitting them to the accounts team.

 Overseeing security guard working duties.

 Overseeing housekeeping and workplace cleanliness.

 Coordinate with the consultant to maintain updated HR policies, registers, and labor law

compliance reports.
