Job Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the solar sales team.
Generate leads through direct sales, references, channel partners, digital platforms, and market visits.
Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
Handle residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional solar projects.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Prepare and review quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits when required.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Monitor sales pipeline, follow-ups, conversions, and team performance.
Coordinate with technical, project execution, purchase, and operations teams for smooth project delivery.
Track competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Ensure timely collection/payment follow-up from customers as required.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
