Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Software Sales Executive to drive sales of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to understand customer business needs and recommend suitable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Contact prospective clients and schedule product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Present product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with technical and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in software sales, SaaS sales, IT sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and present solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
