Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive with at least 6 months - 1 year of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts and campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media trends, tools, and analytics, and be capable of growing an engaged online community for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
• Create and curate engaging content (text, images, reels, videos) aligned with brand identity and audience interests.
• Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement metrics and provide reports on campaign performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive branding.
• Handle community engagement: respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
• Run and monitor paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus).
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Jaipur-based brands or local markets is a plus.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing or collaborations.
• Knowledge of video editing for reels/stories (basic level).
