Key responsibilities Content Creation

•⁠ ⁠Shoot daily content at showroom, warehouse, office, and factory.

•⁠ ⁠Create product reels showcasing handicrafts, gifts, hampers, decor, and new arrivals.

•⁠ ⁠Record founder-focused content, business insights, and behind-the-scenes videos.

•⁠ ⁠Capture customer testimonials and success stories.

•⁠ ⁠Create trend-based reels, skits, and engaging content.

•⁠ ⁠Develop festival and seasonal content campaigns.

Video Editing

•⁠ ⁠Edit 2-5 reels daily.

•⁠ ⁠Add captions, hooks, transitions, and trending audio.

•⁠ ⁠Create Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content formats.

•⁠ ⁠Design basic thumbnails and creatives.

Social Media Management

•⁠ ⁠Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

•⁠ ⁠Schedule posts and maintain content calendar.

•⁠ ⁠Write captions and hashtags.

•⁠ ⁠Track engagement and growth metrics.

•⁠ ⁠Respond to comments and basic DMs.

Program & Marketing Support

•⁠ ⁠Create content promoting our Partner Programs.

•⁠ ⁠Shoot educational videos explaining business opportunities.

•⁠ ⁠Create webinar and workshop promotional content.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in lead generation campaigns and marketing activities.

Required Skills

•⁠ ⁠Strong mobile videography skills.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of Instagram growth strategies.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to identify trends and convert them into content.

•⁠ ⁠Good communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable appearing in videos occasionally if required.

Preferred Experience

•⁠ ⁠1-3 years of content creation experience.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with personal branding accounts.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with product-based businesses or e-commerce brands.

•⁠ ⁠Portfolio with reels and social media work.

Performance KPIs

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 60-90 reels per month.

•⁠ ⁠Daily story updates.

•⁠ ⁠Consistent posting across platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Monthly follower growth.

•⁠ ⁠Monthly lead generation support through content.

•⁠ ⁠Content delivered on time and as per calendar.
